Proposal evaluators provide useful feedback and candid perspective on "rejected" proposals submitted to the Unfunded List for review by social impact organizations and entrepreneurs.

AIM for Excellence Award Competition (Formerly known as The Washington Post Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management) 

Selection Committee Chair 2011 – 2016

The program was managed by the Center for Nonprofit Advancement in Washington.  The Committee included 20+ volunteer leaders from diverse professional backgrounds.  The process comprised a open invitation Part 1, an invitation-only Part 2, as well as site visits to finalist organizations.

Night OUT at the Nationals

Team DC - Night OUT at the Nationals (2014-2019)

Served on the coordinating committee for one of the nation's largest LGBT sports fan event, brining nearly 4,000 community members to a Washington Nationals baseball game.  Specific duties included coordinating with corporate partner representatives who brought large delegations of employees to the games.
