Projects included capital campaigns, board training, grantmaking process review, organizational assessment, membership engagement, fundraising planning, event design, and strategic planning.

Grantmaking

Grantee perception assessment and impact report provided for the Washington Forrest Foundation, a family foundation providing $800,000 in grants annually to nonprofits in Northern Virginia. This major project - the first of its kind for this grantmaker - informed grantmaking practices and community engagement.

National Association Member Survey

National membership survey conducted for the American Foreign Service Association to gather information on member priorities and perspectives. Provided strategic recommendations based on the survey’s findings.

Capital Campaign

Capital campaign and ongoing fundraising counsel for the Washington, DC chapter of the American Institute of Architects, supporting the creation of the new District Architecture Center, which included member service facilities, classrooms and gallery space.

Resource Development & Communications

Comprehensive resource development and communications assessment for Wesley Housing Development Corporation, which led to major enhancements to its fundraising and community engagement programs.
